“This litany, composed as the fruit of one man’s personal prayer, is a powerful resource to assist you in the journey toward greater freedom. Since the original sin, every man and woman carries some degree of disintegration in regards to the gift of human sexuality.
“At times, it can be difficult to pray through struggles with purity, chastity, and God’s plan for sexuality. This Litany of Chastity is intended to help men and women name some of these difficulties and bring them to the Lord for healing. At the same time, it will help them to embrace the truth of who they are, made in God’s image and likeness.”
