1. Seeking the face of God and active religious devotion to God as heavenly Father, Christ as personal savior, and Holy Spirit as advocate, comforter, and protector; offering one’s entire self to God and accepting his will in place of your own
2. Devotion to Mary as heavenly mother and perpetual help
3. Appealing to St. Michael for protection and your guardian angel for guidance and support; remembering that in the end St. Michael slays the enemy, the gates of Hell are defeated, and the winning team is Heaven, so there’s no need to overly fret the tides of daily life and current affairs
4. Serving others in God’s name and for his glory; ejecting one’s self and all of one’s idols from the thrown of glory; for a double-minded man is unstable in all his ways
5. Forming yourself into your best possible self with respect to reality, in order to less often seek positive qualities in others through sexual acting out due to sloth, unwillingness, and self-loathing
