Know Christ is my King and Lord of my life and commit to this Truth in study of scripture and sacred tradition, avoidance of sin and the near occasion of sin, and the frequent rekindling of faith, hope, and love
Draw Near to him through prayer, fasting, almsgiving, service, sacraments, and repentance
Observe his movements in my life and the ways of his creation, discerning his will for my life and how to best live
Cooperate fully with his will through my thoughts, words, choices, and actions
Keep him at the forefront of my life in my heart, in my body, and in my mind
Knock! and Christ will open the door to chastity and out of sin.
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks it will be opened.
